Ertaç Şensoy, born in İstanbul, has a life filled with lots of success stories. After completing his BA degree in Economics, Ertaç Şensoy started to met hair issue at the beginning of his working life. “ Story of Nova Hair is a story of my life in a sense. I have been doing research my hair problem for years. I personally saw the inadequacy from all solutions, medicines and hair transplantation I tried. In 1991, I ordered prosthesis hair system for myself through a company that I managed in the sales and marketing department. This process gave me a chance to see the inadequacies and vacillations of the Turkish hair industry.  During this period, I went to America to see the high technology applied in there, which is the center of the hair sector as one of the executive and hair system users. I met with Andrew Wright, owner of On-Rite Co.Inc. one of the leading companies in the hairdressing industry, in Florida. Consequences exchange of views and reviews Nova Hair – On-Rite became a partnership in 1997. That is a sort of turning point for Professional hair industry in Turkey. Since I started working with Andrew Wright, I can say that I've thrown away everything that I've been practicing since 1991. "

Nova Hair which has been serving at the same location since 1996, has become an follower and operator of products and recent technology in the sector so closely since it's established.
